PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB


The Senior Consultant should act as responsible to implementation Sales and Distribution or Material Management solutions including legal requirements, reports, process aligned to the best SAP practices, procedures and recommendations. It is required experience on CPG or Retail or Agribusiness industries.
This Business Process Senior Consultant will deal with application specific expert consulting, support in projects, performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews, support of pre-sales activities (software and consulting) identification and application of Integrated Service Delivery options.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS


•    Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team lead
•    Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
•    Detailed planning of process implementation
•    Define detailed Explore for development requirements
•    Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
•    Develop and Assure quality of process models
•    Demonstrating expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools
•    Act as Functional Architect on complex implementations
•    Support presales activities

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills (including English and Spanish conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
•    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with colleagues and customer at all executive levels
•    Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
•    Strong knowledge of Sales and Procurement solutions in SAP S/4HANA
•    Industry processes background: Consumer Products, Agribusiness and/or Retail is a must
•    Experience in Brazilian localization is required
•    Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for Implementation 
•    10 years of related work experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of study
•    SAP MM or SD Certification 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

•    Strong consulting experience in application.
•    Has experience with minimum of 6 full cycle implementations.
•    Deep understanding of industry specific business processes. 
•    Solid background on MM and SD, including Brazilian Localization.
•    Has performed several business cases;

•    Experience with Agricultural Contract Management (ACM)
•    Has managed difficult client situations.
•    Understands the Business Process Library approach and is contributing to it.
•    Solid understanding of SAP product offering and its interoperability with other components as well as high level understanding of interface technology.
•    Strong experience and know-how of deployment options and their effects on the end-state architecture (identifying appropriate co-existence solution to support the transition and deployment). 
•    Acts as a coach or mentor for colleagues
•    Strong interpersonal skills for cross project communication
•    Knowledge in project management methodology and experience in managing projects (nice to have)
