Business Program Analyst- Early Career   Job Description Summary:    D&G is seeking a Business Program Analyst to assist the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD) to lead DHS counter-WMD efforts and coordinate with domestic and international partners to safeguard the United States against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) security threats. The Business Program Analyst will be a member of a team providing an ongoing program of analysis to support decisions regarding approaches to full current and future capability gaps through risk assessments, gap analysis, and CBRN architecture development. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a team responsible for mitigating WMD threats to the Nation.  Roles & Responsibilities:   + Develop government policy, procedures, and directives and apply those to required activities. + Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling and meeting support activities. + Correspond with internal and external stakeholders to document and monitor actions and deadlines. + Develop meeting and briefing materials, including agendas, meeting minutes, talking points, presentations. + Serve as the primary point of contact for specific workstreams, independently executing key activities and reporting status. + Create project status briefings and reports. + Participate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities. Requirements:   + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, or related field. + At least 1-3 years of relevant experience + Advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Top Secret Clearance + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))   Desired Skills:   + Experience working with DHS CWMD, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) or other DHS Components. + Experience working with Tableau data visualization software  Location:  + This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement to work onsite two days per pay period (two weeks).
