Business Program and Project Management Officer
Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Business Program and Project Management Officer to support the daily business operations of a front office component at our USG client in Northern Virginia. The position is contingent upon contract award with work scheduled to start in January 2025.

This position is located in Chantilly, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Manage daily business operations, including drafting and coordinating briefings, facilitating meetings, documenting and tracking mission center requirements, responding to actions and cables, and disseminating meeting minutes from the team's weekly staff meeting.
Monitor projects within the mission center, coordinate associated activities across the team, and provide updates on project status.
Lead the mission center front office monthly highlights process and disseminate the information to CONUS and OCONUS based officers via email or e-cables.
Schedule and coordinate VTC meetings and conferences between CONUS and OCONUS based officers.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree), and 10 years of administrative work experience.
Successful experience supporting a Front Office environment and senior leadership, along with experience supporting operational elements and multiple Customer offices.
Excellent project management experience developing project plans and briefings that capture requirements, roadmaps, constraints, risks, schedules, resource needs, and budget.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organizational boundaries.
Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to draw requirements and leverage partnerships, including excellent facilitation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Extensive experience planning and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Skilled with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Experience with knowledge management tools such as Confluence and Hive.
Excellent writing skills.
Familiarity with the Customer's cable system to track, draft, and respond to cables.
Travel in CONUS and OCONUS may be required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $190,900.00.
