ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Project Analyst to support the organization and coordination of specific projects. You will support & provide project oversight in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will align each project with specific business unit goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to gather & analyze data related to projects, write documentation, and communicate with stakeholders. The goal is to ensure that all projects deliver the critical outcomes that meet or exceed expectations and are on schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers to gather feedback, communicate business requirements, and hold all stakeholders accountable to the project planSee digital product launches through from initial ideation, business requirements through the development agile methodology and into deploymentWork directly with development team, attend and lead development scrumsManage and utilize resources across projectsManage stakeholders’ communicationLeverage data to identify opportunities for improvement in sales efficiency, customer experience, & team productivityTranslate underlying data into actionable insights for individual product performanceLeverage dashboard and data visualization tools to make data visible and accessible to stakeholders

WHAT IT TAKES:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related fieldPossess strong analytical and organizational skills to manage priorities in a deadline-oriented environmentBalanced business/technical background; prior experience with Salesforce (building and customizing reports, dashboards, & partner communities) is a plusExperience with project management techniques and methodsFamiliarity with Agile principles – blending traditional project management practices with an Agile development approach to provide the appropriate level of agility and predictabilityExperience in a collaborative environment with success in relationship managementStrong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with program/project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Miro, etc.) is a strong advantageStrong written and verbal communications skills (to include presentation skills)Strong problem-solving & analytical skillsIndustry knowledge of the insurance sector & related operational models is a strong advantage
