About the Role
• The Business Quality Consultant for In-Branch Sales is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of programs and initiatives set to promote and promulgate the ethical standards and business conduct of the Company’s Sales Force while managing the day-to-day operations required to achieving the Sales goals and completing first line of defense related programs.Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads, develops and oversees delivery and implementation of Business Quality process and programs to In-Branch SalesEnsures effective nationwide execution of BQ initiatives by:Generating regular reports and monitoring of key activities of the In-Branch Sales selling and servicing practices, i.e., Compliance to Sales Process, After Sales Servicing, etc.Enhancing existing processes and recommending new procedures i.e., Deployment Process, Management Disciplinary Process, etc.Providing valuable insights and analytics on BQ’s metrics – risk management, market conduct compliance, etc.Develops and implements programs promoting Quality Business and supports initiatives focused on reducing number of high-risk BSEs and businesses.Constantly collaborate with In Branch Sales management and team for regular business reporting, sharing of best practices, alignment of business plans, strategies and results, and/or seeking approval.Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by department head in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.Provide periodic update to Head of Sales Channels Business Quality on the quality of business conduct and sales of In-Branch distribution.Minimum Job Requirements:
Education
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year Business CourseExperience
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Insurance Operations, Business Quality, Quality Assurance, Audit, Risk and Compliance, Corporate Investigation or its equivalent.Preferably has familiarity with the systems of AIA including but not limited to: Lifelines AS400, TIPS, Tableau, etc.Must understand Bancassurance behavior to be able to craft strategies for In branch Sales and business quality.Special Skills / Competencies
