We are searching for a dynamic self-starter to join us in our Deer Park Office as of our Business Quality Control Rep. This role is in our Customer Communication Division, which offers a full range of multi-channel communications solutions, such as integrated print, mail, and digital solutions for transactional, marketing and compliance communications. You will engage in monitoring emails, job queues, and manual requests which require quality control task/review to be performed within a set timeline (Service Level Agreement). The associate is expected to be able to perform duties within more than one process/product and utilizing multiple platforms. Within this role there is also the need to work on reporting at a basic level.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities
Review and monitor the quality of electronic and printed Proxies and Transfer Agent documents, to include high profile jobs.
Utilize web and mainframe applications to do proper quality testing.
Interact effectively with various departments to provide feedback on review results on a timely manner.
Follow department procedures to ensure quality work on all tasks.
Assist in the development of new procedures for quality assurance and offer suggestions for improvement.
Provide timely analysis and feedback to management/ peers regarding potential issues.
Must be able to multitask between report and processes
Responsible for ensuring all review productivity is accurately and timely logged into sharepoint and/or shared server folder locations
Maintain 100% accuracy on all quality control or audit processes conducted
Qualifications:
High School/Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is preferred.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Including Outlook and Excel)
Proficiency in time management, organizational, interpersonal skills
Able to work in a high pace and high-volume environment
Ability to work independently and execute job priorities under time constraints
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
