About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Business Quality

Report to: Associate Director, Partnership Business Management

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Function: Partnership Distribution | Department: Partnership Business Management

Type: Managerial

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Manager, Business Quality will:

Articulate and execute business quality & customer related management actions initiatives.Provide leadership and management for the Business quality team.Act as direct counterpart to bank’s Business quality, and manage the working cadence/process between AIA and bank partners.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage cross-functional teams within Partnership distribution to deliver key partnership outcomes, including:

Quality Assurance (20%): Ensuring customer’s value through sale-force discipline and quality management.FY improvement (20%): Leading data analysis to understand business insights, identify problems and root causes and design recommended solutions to improve renewal collection.Customer nurturing (20%): Leading team and cooperate with related department in designing and improving customer journey and experience, nurturing and owning customer relationship via multiple methods and touchpoints.Customer retention initiatives (10%): Leading in design to propose and execute customer retention initiatives with related department and partners.Partner Management (15%): Directly manage Bank regional directors, Business quality of Banca HO and related functions. Liaise between banks’ and AIA’s function to facilitate partnership cooperation. Ensure Service Level Agreement between AIA and Banks are met.Team Management (15%): Build High-Performing team and Succession Planning under this highly competitive environment; Able to coach and mentor direct reports and able to execute where capabilities gap exists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business AdministrationAt least 10 years of relevant business experience in insurance, banking, financial planning, project management, operation transformation, customer experience.Proven track-record of stakeholder management and impactful contribution to business results.Knowledge: Insurance products, Business ManagementTechnical: Process automation, Analytics, Change managementSkills: Team Management, Critical thinking, Problem Solving, Stakeholders Management, Detail – orientation, Communication, Presentation, Influencing, NegotiationLeadership Essential: Purpose led advocate; Curious Learner; Collaboration Challenger.Critical thinking, Clarity of thoughts, Commercial drivenAgility in Mental, People, and Way of WorkingStrong leadership skills.Strong stakeholder management.
