In this role, you will:

Provide support for a portfolio of customersAct as the customers' main point of contact for operational and product questionsWork with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accountsHelp with customer onboarding, due diligence, proactive outreachOversee overall customer experienceHandle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managersHelp with customer associated risk managementCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
