POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for structuring the dataflow and information requirements to compose the KPIs used to measure Performance from Operational and Service perspectives. He/she is also responsible for the update and delivery of reports to the different stakeholders within the Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide and maintain existing reports to the different stakeholders using different systems (Microstrategy, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel and Others)
Define and refine KPI calculations for Roadside and Travel and Medical LoB’s.
Mapping of fields in different databases acting as Data Steward
Assess punctual data quality issues
Gap analysis of systemic limitations impeding precise KPI information
Development of new reports
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Post-secondary education
Proficiency in Business Inteligence systems (i.e. Microstrategy, SAP Business Objects, Tableu, Cisco CUIC, Power BI and others).
Advanced knowledge regarding Data Base structure and management (SQL)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Desirable Knowledge
Understanding of operational processes of customer service and service operations environment.
Strong analytical and numerical aptitudes.
Ability to work with and keep confidential sensitive materials, situation and people.
