Our Impact:

In the 3D role, you will play a crucial role in supporting Freddie Mac’s team by evaluating loans throughout their lifecycle. As a Business Rules Associate II, you'll engage with customers to understand, detail their needs, prioritize work, and plan Program Increments (PIs) alongside IT partners, while promoting a productive full-stack team approach.

Your Impact:

Your responsibilities will include modeling and testing solutions, executing stories around decision modeling and deployment, and ensuring alignment with best practices. You'll drive process improvements and champion strategic goals within Modern Delivery.

As the interface between technology and business products, you’ll identify user needs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. Your influence and collaborative spirit will help cultivate a healthy, effective team environment across collaborators.

Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent experience

Typically has minimum of 1 - 3 years related experience

Desire and willingness to participate in our Decision Modeling Assessment, Decision Modeling Training and required to become certified in Decision Modeling within 1 year of taking position

Collaborative ability to cross-train to learn different rule communities

Keys to Success in this Role:

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $62,000 - $94,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
