Business Service Executive (1 year contract Renewable)

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and feedback the issues to telemarketing & customer service based on call monitoring exercise with strong general insurance knowledge Responsible for quality assurance and improvement issues for call center Provide product training &/ or quality assurance orientation training to both internal partners and external stakeholders Monitor and evaluate customer services and telemarketing call activities are compliance to pre-defined quality Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement Manage day-to-day customer’s email and correspondence activities Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

 Requirements:

Associate Degree/Diploma in any discipline Experience in in quality assurance to perform call monitoring is an advantage  At least 2 years’ of experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing in general insurance industry IIQE Paper 1 and 2 are preferred Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and written communication skill Proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure Proficient in written and spoken English & Cantonese PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access
