0.9 FTE - Day Shifts - Shifts Vary

Starting Pay - $18.46 to $23.08 (Based on Experience)

Qualifications:

Computer skills required Medical terminology preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills required Previous switchboard experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls in a professional, courteous manner and transfers calls appropriately. Assesses and prioritizes emergency telephone calls. Overhead pages clinicians, staff, and patients. Maintains and updates reference material. Utilizes TTY machine to communicate with hearing-impaired patients. Attends education. Other duties as assigned.
