Hourly base pay rate is $14.42 - $21.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Dealertrack is hiring for a Business Services Specialist I in Wilmington, OH to join our DMG - Incoming Mail Team!

Shift Time: 8AM – 4:30PM, M-F

Under direct supervision, the primary functions of the Business Services Specialist I could include the following:

This role will be expected to complete all expected responsibilities listed within their operational area.  Team members will be responsible for acting as a collateral/title specialist on behalf of our business partners.

Reply to email messages, faxes, and service tickets.Engage customers and determine how to assist them.Use company proprietary software for research, data entry, and account follow-up activity.Process applications for duplicate vehicle titles, payments, or changes to vehicle titles.Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards.Attain production and quality goals.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Process incoming title requests for maintenance on existing lender accountsOperate mail equipmentIdentify collateral documentsExecute escalated or expedited transactionsPerform other duties as necessaryAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of how to operate a computer, telephone, fax, scanner, and photocopierBasic knowledge of software applications (such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook) Data entry skills

What We Look For (Preferred):

Experience in a customer service positionKnowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documentsKnowledge of various state DMV forms and their use by the computerKnowledge of company proprietary software and state abbreviationsPays close attention to detail; demonstrates good organizational skills, adaptability, accuracy, timeliness and consistency in processes

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
