Dealertrack is hiring for a Business Services Specialist I to join our swing swift on our Production Team.
Shift Time: Monday – Friday, 2:30 – 11:00PMYour Role:
Under direct supervision, the primary functions of the Business Specialist I could include the following:
Retrieve documents from a secured vault repository.Receive, sort, scan, batch, validate or release documents.Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.Operate various outgoing mail equipmentData entryMinimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GEDGenerally, less than 2 years’ experienceWhat We Look For (Preferred):
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of state abbreviationsKnowledge of shipping software and mailing equipment preferred for mail room.Working knowledge of imaging softwareWorkplace Environment:
Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.Ability to climb step ladders, sit, stand, bend, reach and pull for long periods of time.Noise level can be loud at times.Variable shifts for Day, Evening, Part-Time and Full-Time which can include Saturdays.Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.Drug Testing
