Business Solution Architect, HRO / Payroll
The Business Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive solutions for Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Payroll services to new and existing clients. This role involves collaborating with sales, product management, and client management teams to create innovative and scalable solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in HR Outsourcing and Payroll, coupled with a strong background in technology concepts and financial modeling skills. Responsibilities: - Strategic Solution Design: Develop and oversee tailored business solutions that address the complex needs of Fortune 500 prospects and clients in the Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) and Payroll services segment . - Sales and Client engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts, including responding to RFPs and developing client proposals. - Profit & Loss Modeling: Lead the creation of client and solution-level Profit & Loss (P&L) scenarios to guide pricing decisions and ensure financial viability and market competitiveness.. - Engage with client teams to understand requirements and demonstrate how proposed solutions meet their needs. - Evaluate the integration of multiple technology platforms to ensure solution integrity. - Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams during the solution design and modeling phases. - Support partnership collaborations by identifying and integrating external vendors or partners that enhance the solution offering. - Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually refine and enhance solution offerings. - Guide pricing decisions and strategies in alignment with business goals. - Support client demonstrations and workshops to showcase solution capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or product management within the Human Resource Outsourcing and Payroll industry - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, with experience in developing and managing complex business solutions. - Proven record of accomplishment in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. - Deep expertise in Human Resource Outsourcing and Payroll solutions - Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex solution development projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with executives and stakeholders across multiple functional roles - Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Profit & Loss models and pricing recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or advanced degree in a related field. - Relevant certifications in solution architecture, project management, or benefits administration (e.g.,CPP,SHRM-CP,CPC,PMP). - Prior experience with leading payroll, HR outsourcing, benefits administration, or retirement plan administration firms. - Proficiency in software tools and platforms used in payroll, HRO, benefits administration, and retirement plan management. - Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on business development and client relationship management. _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
