Job Responsibilities
Work with various teams to understand business processes and find ways to automate and optimize output.Provide guidance, support, and troubleshooting to other business units for low-code\\no-code programs.Assist in architecting solutions being developed by department stakeholders utilizing low-code\\no-code platforms.Create business solutions using low-code\\no-code platforms such as Microsoft PowerAutomate, Power Apps, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms, Airtable, Retool, and Jira.Qualifications
A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience working in low-code\\no-code environments, with a focus on Microsoft's various platforms.Assist with management of remaining on-prem Exchange environmentHandle escalations of M365 tickets related to things like mail, calendar, and on drive.Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues that arise in various low-code\\no-code development processes.Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Bash, Javascript, and Powershell would be ideal.Experience working through process improvement and quality management in an enterprise environment using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, or similar methodology.A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and can keep up with Sweetwater’s ever-changing, fast-paced environmentSweetwater \"Ideal\" Team-Player
