Leads and manages the team of Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers and Technology Sales Consultants to deliver client-focused technical solutions that align with business objectives. Job Responsabilities Lead client interactions to deeply understand their business challenges and objectives, ensuring tailored solutions & strategies align with their needs.Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders to position the organization as a trusted advisorCollaborate with product, operations, and delivery teams to develop and implement tailored technical solutions leveraging company and partner capabilities.Work closely with sales teams to translate technical requirements into compelling proposals, ensuring alignment between client needs and solution offerings.Manage the pre-sales pipeline, implementing qualification processes and ensuring smooth handovers to sales.Continuously refine pre-sales workflows and tools to enhance team productivity and responsiveness to client needs.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to guide strategy and solution design.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and efficiency of pre-sales activities, aligning them with overall business goals.Allocate team resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned based on team members' strengths, skills, and workload capacity.Lead, mentor, and develop the Technical Solutions team, addressing skill gaps through training and fostering a high-performance culture.
