Business Solutions Manager - Patcraft
Position Overview
This position is responsible for driving research, requirements gathering, business testing, user training, and communication of solutions that advance the sales process. Specializing in Marketing and Sales, this role will optimize marketing and sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and influence revenue growth. A core focus is to collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement strategic initiatives, and improve performance. Additionally, this role must establish and maintain strong relationships within various organizations throughout Shaw (Commercial Training, IT, Financial Services, Sales, etc.).
Responsibilities:
+ Embedded Partnership: Sales and marketing for Shaw Contract
+ Marketing and Sales Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize insights to develop solutions to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
+ Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze the customer journey from awareness to purchase and beyond. Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth. Leverage Challenger sales principles in conjunction with SPPM.
+ Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and tools to equip sales teams with resources and knowledge to engage prospects and close projects.
+ Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (promotions) across various channels. Identify opportunities to optimize campaign targeting & messaging.
+ Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Develop customer segmentation strategies based on broad economic data.
+ Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Develop methodologies for accurate sales forecasting and effective pipeline management. Implement processes and tools to track sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the sales pipeline.
+ Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and uncover opportunities for differentiation. Pursue strategies to capitalize on strengths and mitigate weaknesses relative to competitors.
Additional responsibilities:
+ Define, implement, and sustain Commercial Sales Infrastructure solutions.
+ Requiring partnership with Commercial Sales, IT, and marketing to identify and implement enhancements to the associate & customer experience. Vendor relations are critical in this role.
+ Pursue and obtain requirements via extensive interview and understanding of need, test, and implement process improvements.
+ Define and advance project charters, to include: outlining phases, milestones, and implementation of training timelines, as well as, holding team members accountable to meet defined target dates.
+ Proactively inform project status updates to appropriate level of management (project teams, S&I, RVP’s, DVP's, Sr. Leadership).
+ Ensure day-to-day business applications are supported with ownership, issue assessment, and system administration responsibilities.
+ Build and oversee distribution of material to ensure adoption and sustainment of application.
+ Functional System Administrator, direct functional system configuration and system governance.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business analysis roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
+ Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects, with a track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
+ Experience in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies and tools that have demonstrably improved sales performance.
Technical Skills:
+ Data Analysis Proficiency : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar BI solutions.
+ CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in sales processes.
+ Marketing Automation Tools : Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to optimize campaigns and customer engagement.

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
