Key Responsibilities:
Co-facilitates and supports the development and management of the country strategy and roadmaps for priority strategic initiatives (i.e. Urban and Fragile Context roadmaps), ensuring alignment with WVI Partnership strategy and standard approaches/frameworks
Manages and improves (as needed) the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting system and dashboard of country strategy implementation/organizational performance capturing and reflecting the contributions of the different departments/units
Conducts regular landscape assessment and analysis, maximizing internal and external data/information, to inform necessary changes in the country strategy
Co-facilitates the annual business planning, including the preparation of guidelines and templates and the finalization of the annual/multi-year organizational business plan.
Consolidates organizational plans and accomplishment reports, and ensures that these are communicated internally to all staff and to the Region. This also includes the coordination with Communications Team to ensure that impact and contribution to Child-well Being are well communicated and disseminated to target audience.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or any related 4-year bachelor’s degree course.At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in performing duties related to strategy management, organizational/corporate management, or program/project management including basic knowledge of MEAL, landscape assessment, data gathering/research, analysis and reporting. Demonstrates strength in Strategy Management, Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, and organizational performance management and measures. Exhibits skills in data gathering/research and data analysis.Has proficiency in the use of Excel spreadsheets or other data processing systems.Demonstrates strong (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills. Possesses strong documentation and report writing skills.Has proficiency in the use of Powerpoint or other presentation softwares.Has knowledge of humanitarian industry.With clear understanding of transformational development.Understands WV’s Vision, Mission, Core Values and Strategic mandates. Physically and mentally fit to travel and do field work.Fluency and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other Filipino languages/ dialects (besides Tagalog) is a strong advantage.Applicant Types Accepted:
