We are looking for someone who wants to:
• holistically drive the development of the strategy for UBS Personal & Corporate Banking and Region Switzerland
• support the decision making of our internal business partners on senior management level
• design operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments, and also conduct industry competitor and benchmark analyses
• prepare and coordinate business plans including financial modelling
• develop implementation roadmaps of strategic initiatives
• support M&A projects from a strategic perspective (rationale, financial opportunity, due diligence, etc.)
• be open to do cross-divisional strategy projects/rotations as opportunities arise
