Main Responsibilities
You are the key liaison between Customer Development and Brand/Supply Chain/ Finance/ Insights/ Category Management. You will lead the development & deployment of a channel strategy and development model to drive competitive growth. By working cross functionally, you will deliver competitive and sustainable 4 business groups growth. You’re a born leader: You will take lead of channel development project and shopper marketing activation, this is to drive engagement and leverage a team to achieve results. You’re a strategy guru: You are excited by the opportunity to craft the strategy omni route to market strategy to develop channel for outpaced growth, entering new spaces. You leverage broad learnings and pare down to actionable insights. You love to win and have fun doing it: You have a growth mindset. You proactively identify opportunities/risks and have the bias for action to achieve results.Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Minimum 5 years experience in e-COM, account management, channel management or project management Strong passion to win with growth mindset Open-minded to make the new succession Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill Leading the strong teamLeadership
