Our Opportunity:
You will be joining the strategy team which is responsible for analyzing the current business & to deliver on some of the key strategic initiatives & solve the challenges faced. The management analyst will be working on project basis with the internal or external stakeholders to solve a challenge or to deliver an initiative. Initiatives could be internal organizational projects or could be strategic external projects. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and implementing change. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior leaders. Most of the projects will require close collaboration with different head of departments. The strategy unit reports into the Chief of Staff (to the CEO). The unit will be working with the various head of departments and with the other C-suite members of AIS.

MBA & BBA preferred. Other business degrees such as marketing, economics, finance etc. will be considered Excellent Communication, Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel Skills Project management Skills Comfortable with ambiguous ever-changing situations Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization Understanding of design and communication principles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
