What You Will Do:
Curate a repository of reusable knowledge assets, such as assessment tools and financial models to empower teams to make informed decisions and drive efficiency across various projects within the Company.Lead the development of tailored business intelligence tools and systems, including shared databases, spreadsheets, and outputs.Oversee the timely dissemination of business intelligence information to stakeholders, including implementing efficient communication channels and protocols to ensure that relevant insights reach the intended recipients promptly.Gather business intelligence data from various sources, including industry reports, public information, field reports, and reputable purchased sources.Analyze competitive market strategies by examining current technology trends, including Private 5G, RAN/O-RAN, and Cloud Infrastructure/Cloud Deployments, alongside product innovations and competitor strategies.Responsible for actively enhancing capabilities within sales cloud, refining reporting methods, optimizing global databases, and enhancing dashboards for cross-functional teams within the company.Utilize a variety of tools to monitor both current and potential customers, including tracking engagement levels, identifying whitespace opportunities and initiatives, and analyzing common patterns across accounts.Communicate updates to the Company's stakeholders regarding new tools, features, and reports, including those with Objective and Key Results (OKRs).Analyze industry and geographic trends with business strategy implications, enabling the Company to make informed decisions and adapt its strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities or mitigate risks effectively.Communicate with customers and organizational teams to share insights on current market developments and business trends, fostering collaboration and engagement within the company.Research technology trends to identify potential features, capabilities, and partnerships that can enhance the performance of existing products, positioning the company more competitively within the industry.What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field and one (1) year of experience in job offered or related role.Must have one (1) year of experience with: conducting macro and micro-level economic analysis and guiding business modeling; analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that guide strategic decisions, including assessing current positioning in specific domains (including Telco Network, Enterprise IT, BSS/OSS Systems) and using data to drive business strategies and competitive advantage; leveraging Salesforce platforms to track customer interactions, analyze data, and generate insights that drive strategic decisions, including extracting and interpreting data from Salesforce systems to inform business strategies, optimize customer engagement, and improve overall performance; and customizing Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards to meet specific business needs and enhance decision-making.Must have six (6) months of experience with: building and maintaining productive relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and timely communication, resolving conflicts with professionalism, integrate diverse perspectives into business strategies, foster a team-oriented environment, manage interdependencies efficiently, and adapt communication styles to suit various audiences; creating complex formulas, building financial models, and performing detailed data analysis with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; using data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, generate visual reports, and transform complex data sets into intuitive and actionable insights; and Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) industry-specific challenges and opportunities in the areas of 4G/5G Networks, Edge, RAN, and AI.Domestic and international travel required 60% of the time for internal conferences and external customer meetings and industry events. The salary range for this position is $102,856 - $127,320. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
