The role requires an understanding of the businesses Supply Chain Strategies and Supply Chain Network and how SAP supports the end-to-end work process used to run the business. The Business Supply Chain SAP SME provides expert-level SAP knowledge and guidance (Finance, Sales, or Materials Management modules for example) to support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system, acts as a key resource for project teams and end users, and analyzes business needs translating them into functional SAP solutions. **Your Key Responsibilities** : + **Deep functional expertise:** Possessing in-depth understanding of a specific SAP modules, including its features, functionalities, to support business processes. + **Requirements gathering:** Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear SAP requirements. + **Implementation support:** Actively participating in project implementation phases, providing technical guidance and training to users. + **Troubleshooting and issue resolution:** Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to SAP functionality. + **User training and documentation:** Developing and delivering training materials for end users on SAP modules and functionalities. + **Change management:** Supporting the transition to new SAP processes and ensuring user adoption. + **System maintenance and upgrades:** Keeping abreast of SAP updates and assisting IT with necessary system maintenance testing. + **Stakeholder management:** Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and project managers. **Your Qualification Profile:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology or a related field + Extensive experience in SAP (R/3, S 4 Hana) including large project implementations and end user support + 5+ years of experience working in a similar role + Strong understanding of business processes within the relevant SAP module + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users + Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and functionalities + Project management skills to contribute to project timelines and deliverables + SAP Finance SME + SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) SME + SAP Materials Management (MM) SME + SAP Inventory Management (IM) SME + SAP Production Planning (PP) SME + SAP Supply Chain Manager (APO) SME Join our Talent Community (http://careers.dupont.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us! The Pay range for this role is $102,900.00 - $161,700.00 Annual **How Base Pay is Determined:** DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications.
