Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branches.

What will be your role?

In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of billing processes and data administration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Validate and enter data to SAP and SalesforceCommunicate via email and phone with customers and colleagues in ItalyCollaborate effectively with your teamEmbrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

Your skills and qualifications:

Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAttention to detail and affinity for working with dataEnthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideasCollaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environmentAspiration to learn and developTeam player with ability to work autonomouslyFluent in Italian & English (min.B2 level)Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Salary
From 1 300 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
