Job Overview

As a Business Support Analyst, you will be part of Retail Tech’s Business Office. This office is the primary interface for all commercial related work from the department; contributing to our strategy, operational efficiency, and general business managementBusiness Support Analysts will report to the Business Manager and will closely work with the Retail Tech Management Team on behalf of the department and liaise with multiple global and local stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business operations of Retail Tech and Group Services department such as to:Maintain and document processes and reports ensuring accuracy and efficiencyImplementation and monitoring of policies and guidelines in accordance to ING, Hubs and Department governanceProvide guidance or support to other Areas or Teams based on the set policies and procedures  Organize and capture key project metrics, information and reports for senior executive level reportingIdentifying ways to improve stakeholder experience by proactively collaborating with key stakeholders and constantly exploring for opportunities to innovate and automatePerform project management and assist in the development and implementation of department / business strategies and initiatives

Key Capabilities/Experience

Data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and other business intelligence platformsArticulating abstract concepts and ideas into measurable observationsContinuously analyzing trends to prevent recurrence of common incidents and minimize the impact to business and stakeholdersCreating and maintaining dashboards to produce insights and ensure action is taken on agreed next stepsOutstanding analytical skills, people deeply curious and interested in technology

Minimum Qualifications

Able to communicate clearly and confidently verbally and in writing to a variety of audiencesProficiency in using data analysis, reporting and visualization toolsKnowledge of data governance and data quality managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address business challenges.Continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency and innovation
