Roche Diagnostics has the strategic ambition to become the leader in Digital Diagnostics. As part of this journey more and more digital products & services will be developed and commercialized. To support this journey, Roche needs to implement new back-office processes and develop new capabilities globally.

At this, the Internal Value Chain for Digital Solutions team is acting as a linking pin across the organization to support lifecycle teams (which develop new products) and affiliates (which sell the products) in the commercialization of digital solutions and software products. The goal is to deliver integrated, efficient, compliant, and tax optimized operational processes & services for all digital solutions across Roche Diagnostics.

The focus of this position is test management, coordination and execution, for our business Process “S2RDP Subscribe to Retire Digital Products” and our IT Ecosystem “SMP Software Monetization Platform”. The scope includes the recurring Product Increments as well as deployments as part of ASPIRE. Therefore the position will be integrated into the “Release-Management, Deployment & Support” chapter. 

The Opportunity

Collaborate with release managers, product owners, and deployment teams to coordinate testing efforts.

Create test plans, test sets, and test cases for new features and deployments.

Provide regular updates on test status and defects.

Execute and document tests based on predefined test cases.

Perform regression tests to ensure stability after implementations.

Collaborate with product teams to resolve issues and manage defect resolution.

Handle tasks assigned by the team, functional, or operations manager as required.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2–3 years of professional experience in service operations, business process management, or similar functions.

Strong expertise in test management, including tools like Solution Manager or HP ALM, and experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies.

Proficient in SAP systems, including R/3, S4, and SB, with effective analytical and technical skills.

Excellent written and verbal English, effective presentation and communication skills, and experience in international and intercultural collaboration.

Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable team player with the ability to manage changing priorities and a willingness to travel up to 10%.
