Production Reconciliation, preparing, receiving paperworkData entry to our computer systemsWork closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaintsReconciliation of process sheets related to inventory managementSupport of clerical tasks related to the plantCommunicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredientsUnderstanding on how to invoice and place ordersUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulationsMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentWorking with new and existing employeesManaging suppliesOrganizing company eventsOrganizing community activitiesSome accounting functions neededOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityAt least 1 years of administrative experienceAbility to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)Ability to use a computer and including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and WordAbility to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance noticePreferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED equivalent Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systemsKnowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systems
