We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support and Contract Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting IT requesters with the end-to-end contract life-cycle, including post-contract maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating legal records on Apttus, generating appropriate NDAs, CSAs, and other legal documents. You will also respond to IT requesters within specified service level agreements (SLAs), proactively manage the IT Contracts Pipeline, and guide IT requesters through the purchase requisition process using Coupa and SharePoint. A strong client-service orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are required for this role. Responsibilities Assist IT requesters with the end-to-end contract life-cycle: Provide comprehensive support to IT requesters throughout the entire contract life-cycle, including initiation, execution, and post-contract maintenance. Ensure a seamless experience and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Create legal records on Apttus: Utilize Apttus, our contract management system, to create and maintain accurate legal records. Input contract details, generate appropriate NDAs, CSAs, and other legal documents, and ensure data integrity. Respond within specified SLAs: Respond to IT requesters within specified service level agreements (SLAs), providing timely and effective support. Address inquiries, provide updates, and take necessary actions on contract reviews with urgency as needed. Generate monthly KPIs for SLAs: Compile and generate monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SLAs for contract activities. Analyze and report on SLA performance to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Proactively manage the IT Contracts Pipeline: Monitor and manage the IT Contracts Pipeline using SmartSheet, ensuring IT requesters are notified of key deals coming up for renewal. Troubleshoot issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the contract process. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth contract operations. Guide purchase requisition process: Assist IT requesters in navigating the purchase requisition process using Coupa and SharePoint. Provide clear instructions, clarify requirements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Excel skills for data manipulation: Utilize Excel skills to manipulate and filter data as needed for reporting and analysis purposes. Works independently, with guidance in the most complex situations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Proven experience in contract operations, contract management, or a similar role. Strong client-service orientation and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Apttus or similar contract management systems. Strong written communication and skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Coupa, SmartSheet. Amenable to work within US timezones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific).
