Business Support Coordinator
Business Support Coordinator We have a busy role to support our Brisbane location across our admin and facility services. This is a varied role where you will manage front of house, ensure the facilities are exceptionally presented and in working order, as well as lending a hand to the various teams onsite. What your day will look like You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors alike. The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for the front of house services while supporting the facilities in an effective and efficient manner. Not only will you greet staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, and you will also be the go to for basic IT support and supply ordering. Some of your responsibilities will include, + Greet, assist and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff + Handling and maintaining our meeting and shared spaces within the office and providing support when meetings are being hosted as required. + Ensure the shared spaces are topped up with teas, coffee, milk etc at all times + Providing additional administrative support to the manager and wider team Skills and experience that will lead to success Ideally you will come from a coordination or administration background and have a strong attention to detail and ability to think one step ahead. You may have worked in facilities, corporate office management or similar roles. A few other key skills will be: + Strong competency with Microsoft Office products. + Experience in managing multiple room bookings This role is based in our Head office in Brisbane and requires you to be onsite 5 days a week.
