In the upcoming years we’re launching multiple new medicines to address unmet medical needs.  We’re fully committed and engaged to our One Sanofi ambition, collaborating with and leveraging capabilities and talents across other GBUs **Main responsibilities:** + Strategic Planning and Execution:- Assist the M&S GBU Leader and the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans, while monitoring progress on key projects and objectives. + Communication and Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement-Coordinate Global M&S SpC Governance to support decision making and information sharing withinthe organization and facilitate communication between the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives. + Project Management:Lead projects to support the execution of the M&S SpC Compelling Business Needs (CBN) + Meeting and Event Management- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items. _About_ _you_ **Exp** **e** **rience** **(s)** : Experience in Industry, experience working in a manufacturing site is a plus **Key Qualifications and Competencies** + Ability to work cross-functionally, strong teamplayer + Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity + Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities + Strong project management skills + Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines + Effective communication and interpersonal skills **Desired traits** + Humility, Rigor & Flexibility + Trust, reliability and discretion + Self-driven, Results-oriented + Strong sense of urgency and Active listener + Ability to proactively voice different perspectives **Education** : Engineering or Science Degree or relevant pharma experience **Langue** **(** **s** **)** **:** English fluent, French as a plus _Pursue progress, discover_ _extraordinary_ Better is out there.
