Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Support Manager for their Dallas, TX/Chandler, AZ/Pennington, NJ/Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ The Business Operations Management group provides multi-disciplinary horizontal support for Wealth Management Operations business priorities and deliverables.
+ Within Business Operations Management, the Workforce Enablement team focuses on skill and knowledge development for WMO employees, integrates enterprise level projects into WMO and facilitates end-to-end Procedure Management processes.
+ Currently, Workforce Enablement is looking for Business Support Manager to drive projects and process improvements primarily for Procedure Management.
+ In this role, a Business Support Manager would serve as a strategic lead for the Procedure Management function.
+ Manage wholistic project plans for initiatives driven by business change and process improvement, Trouble shoot problems with multiple content delivery tools and effectively partner with technology teams to create a resolution.
+ Monitor report delivery and analyze reporting for trends.
+ Coach technical writers.
Requirements:
+ Project Management |P2 - High
+ This is not a project management role but needs a candidate that understands the process and can drive process to meet deliverables/deadlines
+ Policies, Procedures and Guidelines Management |P2 - High
+ Technical writing skills are required for this role and need someone who likes to edit and provide guidance.
