What you do on a typical day as Business Support Manager

Daily management of the Business Support Team ( inventory management, key users, data specialist, site engineer/Lean coordinator) Innovation/Improvements at SFC ( detailed development of potential innovations, preparing and defending business cases, member of project teams) Supporting Daily Operations ( reporting, troubleshooting,costumer communications) LEAN management  Member of the management team

What do you need to be successful at GXO

The ideal candidate has been a Management Assistant / PA to a senior VP level or above for at least 3 years in an international environment You have a HBO/Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required You have excellent communication skills in Dutch as well as in English (verbal and written) - musthave Computer literature (Microsoft package – excellent Outlook & Power Point skills) Have strong organizational skills Ability to work independently as an integral member of various teams You have the ability to meet deadlines in activities, to prioritize assignments and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
