Business Support Manager I

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of incentive payout processes while identifying trends and risks to optimize incentive plans. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Quality Checks: 

Conduct detailed reviews to validate the accuracy of incentive payouts and ensure alignment with approved plan.

Review Plan Adherence: 

Ensure adherence to established incentive plan guidelines and policies.

Analyze Sales Data: 

Regularly review sales data to identify trends, patterns, or areas of potential risk, and proactively address concerns in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

Partner with incentive administrators to ensure accurate and timely execution of incentive plans. Work with business line leaders to improve awareness and understanding of incentive plans and associated processes.

Risk and Audit Management:

Collaborate with risk management and audit teams to identify, report, and address incentive manipulation or compliance issues. 

Process Improvement:

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of incentive processes while mitigating risks.

Required Skills/Experience:

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week:  40

Work Schedule:  8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year.  Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
