Business Support Senior Associate (English&German)
Job purpose:
Support manager(s) and execute administrative tasks with a high level of pro-activity and complexity according to process and company values (DSO principles), contribution to process improvements and trainings.
What you do:
Direct cooperation with manager/s, providing business support and executing requests with a high level of complexity according to process documentation*Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIsSupport, follow-up, escalate and seek for solutions of identified issues accross teamsPropose and contribute to process improvements and identify process exceptions. Update official process documentationPrepare and conduct internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 workshadowing or/and group trainingsOrganise and participate in problem solving groupsPeer advice and support to the team in daily tasksSupport TL, experts and the team in operational topics, follow-up on issues/escalationsPreparation and creation of training material (internal) Provide knowledge transfers and trainings to new hires
Who you are:
Have an advanced knowledge of the relevant IT systems (ex. SmartBuy, Concur)Understanding of the main and related Business Support processes Proven professional experience (4-8 years) in the respective positionExperience in Shared Service Center Set-up (as an advantage)Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 on advanced levelEnglish at least C1, fluent in written and spoken; as a second language German would be an advantageStrong communication skills with stakeholders of all levelsAbility to work independently and to work collaboratively within a teamAbility to operate in a highly intercultural environmentExtraordinary customer service skillsDedication and accuracyOrganizational skills, motivation and eagerness to learnFlexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects)Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required for investigating, responding and solving stakeholder issueProactive attitudeAbility to plan ahead and work adequately to meet tight deadlinesAbility to moderate remote and onsite meetings&events YOUR APPLICATION
