About the Role
As a BST Senior Associate / Manager you will be responsible for various tasks related to Oracle, Salesforce, risk management, bills processing, WIP management, and other administrative duties. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, proactiveness, and process orientation will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Commercial and Operations team.
The responsibilities of a BST Senior Associate / Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
Oracle-related tasks
Update engagement team members' information (onboarding/offboarding) and engagement changes via ServiceNow
Create sub-tasks for project codes in Oracle
Change project fees, transfer time and expense, add/change debtor, modify project end dates, terminate engagements, and update engagement members and discount rates/WIP adjustments
Salesforce-related tasks
Proactively track completeness and accuracy of Salesforce details
Risk Management-related activities:
Monitor and progress Risk Assessment activities, troubleshoot next steps with RM team
Draft RM forms (e.g., initial entries for CA/AML/RC/AFS) and review
Set-up/wrap-up and manage SaveIt, including quality check of uploaded files
Creation of TRF assessment forms
Billing-related
Process bills efficiently and accurately
Work-In-Progress Management
Collaborate with engagement managers on project/engagement specific analysis and reports (e.g. WIP, profitability)
Other tasks
Handle the onboarding and offboarding of engagement managers from Salesforce/Oracle/SaveIt, etc. (e.g., change name of EM leavers).
About You
Bachelor's degree graduate
Must have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management.
Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow established procedures.
Financially literate to understand billing and financial management processes.
Open to work in Makati City.
