The Business Support Specialist, (EMEA) is responsible for supporting the Solta EMEA business and Leadership team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: **Key Responsibilities:** + Management of the complete contract process for Vendors and Service providers. + Creation of new vendors in D365 system and further assistance with platform. + Liaising with the Account Payable team for invoice payment. + Management of the complete agreement and work order process for Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) + Submitting CVs and HCP engagement details into the Third Party Engagement (TPE) tool for approval. + Updating repository with any new HCPs and agreed Fair Market Value ratings. + Support HCPs with Egencia travel platform guest booking access for any required travel for engagements. + Supporting the Commercial Support Manager on adhoc projects when required. + Providing support on key EMEA events when required. + Providing support on key EMEA internal meetings when required. **The minimum requirements:** + At least 3-year’s experience as an administrator/coordinator. + Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices (aesthetics) or any regulated industry (preferred/ not mandatory). + Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. + Fluency in English required Advanced level C1, additional EU language is useful but not mandatory. + High level competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. + Occasional travel may be required. + \#LI-HYBRID The masculine is used in this publication without prejudice for the sake of conciseness.
