We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Group and be a part of our team that is driving towards Excellence. At Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to deliver high quality measurement devices to customers around the world.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Provide proactive business and administrative support to the defined members of the Management Team Communicate with a wide variety of personnel. Examples are Management Team members, Leadership Team members, internal/external suppliers, and all company associates Work on tasks from multiple projects in parallel Prioritize, plan, coordinate, execute and review company events Compile, visualize, and report information and data Serve as the main point of contact for travel management Create, draft and/or proof outgoing correspondence, documents, presentations, or information and communicate to the appropriate internal and/or external parties involved
What do we expect from you?

Self-Management Experience in fast-paced positions with multiple activities and prioritizing business tasks Attention to detail Teamwork Must be able to write and speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside of the Company Enthusiasm Influence the culture by maintaining positive energy Feedback Solicit feedback with the intention to improve performance and/or results Technical skills Strong knowledge of Office365 tools Ability to process and analyze data Creativity in designing communication materials Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
