Business Support Specialist
**Business Support Specialist** **Division – Cardiology** **Location: Alfragide** **Job Overview:** Our company is seeking a highly motivated Business Support specialist to support the Country Manager in achieving our business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Manager to provide administrative support, coordinate business activities, and assist with communications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide administrative support to the Country Manager, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling logistics for business activities. - Assist with communication with internal and external stakeholders, including drafting and editing emails, memos, and other business documents. - Coordinate business activities and assist with project management, ensuring timely completion of projects. - Conduct research and compile data to support business decision-making processes. - Help maintain project management systems and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of business activities. - Provide support for events and meetings, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics. - Compilation and review of supporting documentation for invoices and sending to an external accounting and payment provider. - Management of supplier registration in the system. - Monitoring of invoice processing and payment by the external provider, ensuring correct compliance with response times. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Manager. **Qualifications:** - University degree + 1 year of experience in administrative positions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to draft and edit business documents. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. This is a full-time position.
