FNB Points of Presence – Self Service Delivery is looking for a proactive team player who can multi-task independently under pressure, this position is based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the research and development of growth opportunities within existing portfolios to unlocking new revenue opportunities.Increased growth and volumes through successfully obtaining business opportunitiesManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff membersIdentification of new lead opportunities within industries not previously pursued to be shared with the industrySupport with target balancing and structuring by applying own Cash knowledge and understanding the impact of the limit requirements for the client to use our Online solutionsComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsManage Online Research as a project within various industry portfolio's with suitable reporting, access to information and monitoring of results and to proactively change of process if the required results are not being achievedUpdate systems with client informationPipeline, revenue reporting by inputting and assisting with creation of client presentations and supporting documentation to enable the Banking SpecialistIdentify and define specific tools or processes including standard MIS extracts and industry trends to enable tangible results to be provide to Banking SpecialistsManage own development to increase own competencies

You will be an ideal candidate if you have the following:

Relevant Qualification1  to 2 years’ experience in similar roleExperience in BankingValid Drivers License Requirement Proficient in Microsoft Office Skilled in Business writingJob Details
