Assist with recruitment including administration & onboarding On-site conduit between client & Ocado for day to day employee related issues First point of contact for payroll & general benefits administration for CFC Assist People Partner when required Engineering Operations training administration and coordination Point of contact for Employee Engagement/comms and other global comms initiatives Visitors and assignees point of contact Assistance with mandatory filings Support HSE related work Administration of invoices and finance related support Timekeeping and monthly work hour calculation General admin support Any other business related requests from key stakeholders WORKING LOCATION : Busan, Mieum-dong, Kangseo-gu (강서구 국제물류센터, 미음동) This job requires biz-trip to Seoul office irregularly.Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Experience of managing an office environment including administration, facilities management, finance, HR and HSE Experience of working in a fast paced and matrix management environment Fluency in Korean and English language (MUST, bilingual) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize A pro-active, pragmatic and creative approach to problem solving
