The Role
Manage the renewal process for existing Group Policies by negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms. Prepare renewal reports and conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) for medium-touch clients. Organize and participate in annual renewal meetings with clients. Share renewal documentation with clients and ensure proper filing and record-keeping. Complete EBS (Egypt Broking System) checklists in accordance with the Control Framework Process. Ensure the Benefits Engine is updated for GBM clients, with renewal surveys completed within 30 days of renewal. Maintain and update employee benefits booklets for clients, ensuring accurate records. Administer client accounts, including enrollments, data input into internal systems, and ensuring all processes comply with company policies.The Requirements
Experience in insurance broking, policy renewals, or benefits administration is preferred.Strong negotiation and communication skills with insurers and clients.High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
