We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

 

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Insurance Domain as a Business Analyst with hands on experience in insurance forms

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with extensive experience in the Insurance domain. Specifically working with forms, mapping, and variable management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless mapping, condition handling, and development of forms. This role requires a deep understanding of variable mapping and conditions in forms used in insurance processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Engage with Stakeholders to understand requirements related to forms and mapping in the Rapid Sure Platform. Provide an overview and documentation of variable mapping and dependencies Forms Management: Work with complex forms ensuring accurate variable mapping and dependencies. Identify and manage sub-numbered variables and ensure they align with business requirements. Collaboration: Define conditions (e.g., if <condition> then <action> for the variable dependent fields and collaborate with development team to ensure correct implementation in the UI. Work closely with client on the Requirement Gathering and confirm variables to come up with effective mapping strategies. Process Optimization: Support efforts to simply form creation and ensure compatibility with the existing system. Assist in updating variables and conditional logic across forms to align with evolving requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for variable mapping, dependencies, and conditions for forms. Ensure documentation reflects current processes and provides clarity for technical teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance Domain Strong expertise in working with complex forms, including variable mapping and conditions. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for forms development and mapping. Ability to work with larger forms containing multiple variables and pages. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. Experience with the told like Rapid Sure or similar insurance platforms is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Surety Bonds and related insurance processes. Familiarity with UI design requirements and collaboration with development teams. Prior experience in managing projects with extensive documentation and dependencies.
