Business & System Analyst (Deposit Refund System)

Job details: B2B or UoP

Location: Warsaw/ Hybrid

Responsibilities

* Analysis of business needs by conducting workshops.
* Recommending IT solutions consistent with business requirements.
* Improving existing system solutions.
* Business process modelling using BPMN and UML notation.
* Description of assumptions and requirements for IT solutions.
* Creating and managing analytical documentation.
* Documenting the functionality of IT systems and processes.
* Close cooperation with the development, testing, design teams and end users.
* Cooperation with external suppliers and backend teams.
* REST API design and system integration.

Skills and qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Experience in agile (Agile, Scrum) and traditional (PM Book) methodologies.
* At least 2 years in the solution development process as an analyst, designer or programmer.
* Experience in implementing ERP systems, information exchange and synchronization systems, IoT.
* High analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to think analytically and synthesize data.
* Experience in system and business analysis.
* Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN.
