My client is a MNC Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP listed End-user company, they are looking for a Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Analyst in Hong Kong to assist their global ERP projects (Business Central, Cloud Version, New Project)! This is a new opening, has chance to work with other colleagues in other regions (Full life cycle project experience if you join now!)


Responsibilities:

* Participate in the project planning and implementation on Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud ERP) system.
* Participate in internal implementation projects and handle system configuration.
* Get user requirements and implement in application systems from the development of the business process models to the final testing, delivery and training
* Facilitate day-to-day operation of Microsoft Business Central's key user.
* Implement and maintain data backup and recovery processes, ensure compliance with data security policies and practices
* Provide Support and training to users, enhancing their understanding and usage of the system



The ideal candidate will be:

* Degree holder in Information Technology, Business, Accounting or related disciplines
* Good experience in ERP implementation, troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and related technologies.
* Proficiency in Financial reporting, analysis and/or application design
* Able to provide ERP support and user training to end user.
* Excellent communication skills in English & Cantonese
* Independent, good communications & people skills
