Become a Business Systems Analysis Advisor – Corporate Real Estate at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll report directly to the Sr. Manager of CRE Operations, leading the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes necessary to manage SCE’s 7 million square foot non-electric real estate portfolio. You’ll lead development, integrations, platform expansion, maintenance and performance, and portfolio documentation through coordination with CRE subject-matter experts. You will be responsible for establishing rules, procedures, and controls for data sharing and data quality, and training others to ensure adherence to legal and company standards. You will also perform data analysis to identify and communicate business operations and system improvements.

Responsibilities Creates and manages dashboards that provide insights derived from data to inform stakeholders and improve business processes Provides functional and technical expertise during development, implementation, and testing of IT related projects Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and technical support to business operations Provides and maintains project data for completion of KPIs reports Performs problem solving through root cause analysis, providing findings and recommendations relating to systems tasks Participates in all phases of the project development life cycle to ensure the execution is in-line with business objectives and project scope Identifies business opportunities and revises new methods for efficient business processes Designs forward-looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmap Manages data requests, analyzes results, and presents findings to leadership Measures and monitors performance of processes, providing/implementing improvement recommendations A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications Seven or more years of experience in information technology development.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or related technical major. Seven or more years of experience developing and managing Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Archibus. Seven or more years of experience providing application support, and implementing customer or internal facing solutions. Three or more years of experience in facility and workplace management practices and regulations related to both leased and owned facilities. Three or more years of experience in analyzing data and operational trends to drive process improvements. Two or more years of experience with drawing documentation and data analysis procedures, such as reading, interpreting, and working from blueprints, and maintaining technical documentation and metadata. Experience or training in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple fields (e.g., engineering, IT, finance, project management), and internal and external personnel.
Additional Information
This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
