Job Description Summary

Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in business analysis, process modeling, and financial analysis. Possesses solid knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead. May coach and direct the work of junior business analysts. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment with broad implication to the business. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Typically requires four or more years business analysis experience.

What you will be doing

Analytics/Power BI + Program Manager:

• Performs analysis of the various data points published by COEs, SPs, Finance, TPO, Retained Org and other teams  

• Performs research and analysis to maintain the Scorecard tracking & identify Trends as EWS for Critical Goals

• Converts complex data sets into easy to understand Power BI visuals
• Uses Power BI to visually demonstrate the problem / message thru diverse metrics and shows improvement opportunities in an easy to understand format
• Has Power BI and Visual skills to represent Insights for Exec presentations + use inputs from existing BI dashboards & convert to Insights basis trends

• Update templates/trackers as needed every Week or Month or Qtr + help SPs drive similar insights / templates across diverse metrics / CSLs

• Can also Program Manage various projects – Retained & SP

• Can maintain a tracker to partner with multiple teams to close actions & share updates with Groups on RAG status

• Can drive cadences to help deliver projects in time and escalate in time as needed

What you Bring

Presentation/Visual/Graphics Manager:

• Helps convert rough visuals or data points to Executive level presentations

• Expertise in using Visuals/Graphics to convert Complex data points to simple visuals

• Hands on understanding of Financial waterfalls and how to demonstrate the intelligence

• Experienced in working with various Industry standard tools used to build such presentations or Videos

• Helps with development of Exec Videos, Binders, Profiles and other such dockets needed for Reviews

• Delivers all Monthly and Quarterly reviews using FIS templates and in time

• Flexible to make changes as needed

• Can co-ordinate with multiple departments and stake holders to complete Exec presentations with diverse inputs

• Can help align templates & Visual representation of insights across various reviews and teams (Retained & SPs)

• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Career professional role requiring extensive skill and proficiency. Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or periodically as the subject matter expert. Participates in Product Release activities including User Acceptance Testing and execution of test cases. Expected to mentor others on staff and is a role model for rest of team. Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge. Participates in strategic planning and direction. Develops, documents and implements standards, guidelines, direction and education on process/procedures for staff. Assigned to highly visible, sensitive and critical clients. Customer service or client management experience – a plus. Some travel will be required.
