Analyzes complex business problems with the goal of solving the problems with automated systems. Participates in technology needs assessments and determines areas of improvement.

Responsibilities:
Analyzes complex business problems with the goal of solving the problems with automated systemsExperience in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet customer requirementsContributes with the team to develop integrations, converts data, and configures system settings and options;  participates to plan unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirementsProvide consultation to users in the area of automated systemsParticipate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesDocuments details of automated systemsAct as a resource to users for questions related to automated systems and participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesExperience with multi-tenant, cloud-based web-enabled solutions
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience2-5 years of experienceExpertise in writing SQL queries.Experience with data visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik. Sisense preferred.Experience with data warehousing tools such as Google Big Query, Snowflake or Amazon Redshift. Google Cloud and BigQuery preferred.

Strong communication skills and works effectively with othersDemonstrated ability to understand end user issuesTechnical hands-on experienceAble to work independently and excel in a collaborative environmentDemonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems/applicationsAbility to implement new systems and toolsExperience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems proceduresDemonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of JavaScript/Node JS.
