The Systems Analyst will lead the implementation of a new BOM costing tool, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and integrates seamlessly into existing systems. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring the tool to meet those needs, and overseeing the deployment process. The analyst will also conduct system testing, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure successful adoption. 

Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to gather detailed system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Design technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams to document system requirements, ensuring a clear understanding for development teams.Evaluate current business processes and recommend technological solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.Serve as the bridge between business teams and IT developers, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the functional requirements and integrate well with existing or future systems.Oversee the testing of new or modified systems to ensure functionality, performance, and user satisfaction. Support system implementation and roll-out across the organization.Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on system implementation, analysis, and process optimization.Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet technical requirements.Experience in data analysis or reporting tools; SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau.Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms; Databricks; Google Cloud Platform, Big Query.Agile PLM and E2Open experienceExperience in Manufacturing, especially regarding Bill of Materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferredMinimum of 5-8 years of experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience with end user issuesDemonstrated technical experienceDemonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projectsDemonstrated experience trouble shootingBroad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applicationsExperience developing new systems and toolsExperience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems proceduresAdvanced analytical skillsDemonstrated Project Management skillsProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environmentExperience identifying and implement process improvements
