Perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization's information technology applications and platforms.Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand the business processes and document detailed functional business requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations.
Design and configure standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
Work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end to end.
Develop test scenarios and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements.
Assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities.
Identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds.
Provide training and support to end users on new SAP functionalities.
Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum 5 years hands on experience configuring SAP PTP (including sourcing, contracts, invoicing, payments etc.)
Strong understanding of Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Contract Management, Purchase Requisition and Order management
Strong understanding of Invoice Processing, Payment Processing (ACH, Checks and Wires) and invoice data exchange
Strong understanding of integration with Finance processes
Strong understanding of Material Master and Vendor Master
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
SAP S/4 HANA certification is preferred
Prior experience of configuring Plants in SAP is preferred
Prior experience with OpenText for vendor invoice management and OCR is preferred
